You can bring your product and change it as long as it is in perfect condition and unused. In the event that you have received it with a defect, we ask that you inform us as soon as you notice it, sending by email to info@animanaonline.com , a photo and details of the defect so that we can exchange it for another.
b) If you are in the interior of the country, you can make your changes through Correo Argentino, sending to the following address:

Once we receive the product and confirm its status, we will proceed to make the change and send the new product. Shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.
